Joe is an Experienced Lender in all stages of lending. He is involved with Northeastern Kansas and Northwestern Missouri Small Business Facilitation and is a member of the St. Joseph Diplomats, the City of Atchison Economic Development Advisory Board, and member of the Atchison Elks Lodge.
